TRIED & TESTED: BVLGARI OMNIA CORAL

In preparation for a close friend’s recent wedding, I promised I would source the perfect bridal fragrance for her big day. I sampled quite a few, some I loved but she hated, others she loved and I detested. And then we found it, her wedding day scent… Bvlgari Omnia Coral.

Created by Alberto Morillas, Omnia Coral was launched earlier this year and is classed as a “floral fruity” fragrance. Scent notes include top notes of Bergamot and Wolfberry, middle notes of Hibiscus, Water Lily and Pomegranate and base notes of Musk and Cedar.

On first spray, it opens with a sweet and slightly tart scent but it dries down to a warm and slightly fruity olfactory treat with an edge of distinct floral freshness, making it the perfect scent to wear at any time of the year. Another huge selling point is the gorgeous bottle, which was created by Fabrice Legros.

But here’s the deal-breaker; it doesn’t smell like any other fragrance, which makes it a winner in my book; because all too often I sample a fragrance and can straight away think of two or three fragrances it reminds me of!

Simply gorgeous!

From €39 at select department stores including Debenhams and Harvey Nichols.
