Ireland’s beauty experts gathered at the exclusive National Gallery of Ireland’s No 5. South Leinster Street where Lancôme proclaimed La vie est belle (Life is Wonderful); also the name of Lancôme’s new feminine fragrance launching in Brown Thomas on August 1st.
Welcomed by L’Oreal Luxe Ireland’s Róisín Tierney-Crowe and hosted by television presenter Darren Kennedy, perfumer Anne Filpo flew into Dublin for the day to explain how La Vie Est Belle was created by her and two other leading French perfumers, Olivier Bolge and Dominique Ropion.
Guests in attendance included RTE’s Aoibhinn Garrighy, Aoibheann McCaul and Nuala Carey, stylist Cathy O’Connor, publishers PJ Gibbons and Richard Power, as well as beauty editors Donna Fitzpatrick, Rosie McMeel and Kirstie McDermott.
La Vie Est Belle will be available as part of a worldwide exclusive from Brown Thomas Dublin, Limerick, Cork and Galway on August 1st and from Lancôme counters nationwide from September 1st.
